For a PIP Analysis please submit the following:
- A copy of the PIP (Property Improvement Plan).
- A complete set of plans/blueprints of the property.
- Photographs of the items detailed on the PIP.
- An on-site visit may be required to review existing conditions and scope beyond PIP requirements
Accessibility
An Accessibility Review is an evaluation of a property’s compliance with applicable federal, state, and local accessibility regulations. We can provide the following services:
- On-site property evaluation to review access, path of travel, public areas, restrooms, guestrooms, signage, etc.
- Provide report of current conditions.
- Develop architectural drawings of proposed solutions for permit.
- On-site post construction inspections.
