Architecture
We have experience with most hotel brands including Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Starwood, Wyndham, Best Western and independently owned hotels. We also offer PIP Analysis services to develop preliminary budgets for hotel renovations based on the latest Brand Standards and construction costs.
For a PIP Analysis please submit the following:
- A copy of the PIP (Property Improvement Plan).
- A complete set of plans/blueprints of the property.
- Photographs of the items detailed on the PIP.
- An on-site visit may be required to review existing conditions and scope beyond PIP requirements
Accessibility
An Accessibility Review is an evaluation of a property’s compliance with applicable federal, state, and local accessibility regulations. We can provide the following services:
- On-site property evaluation to review access, path of travel, public areas, restrooms, guestrooms, signage, etc.
- Provide report of current conditions.
- Develop architectural drawings of proposed solutions for permit.
- On-site post construction inspections.
