 Massive interior renovation of  Renaissance Hotel at Ocean Boulevard and Pine Avenue and conversion to Marriott Downtown Long Beach.  New registration, lobby, great room, M-Club, Bar lounge area, meeting spaces and guestrooms that reflect a contemporary bayfront look with casual elegance.

Hilton Garden Inn conversion to Courtyard by Marriott.  Scope included reimaging of building exterior and renovation of interior public areas, guestrooms and corridors.

Guestrooms and Public Area renovation including a new Executive Meeting Center.    

Our goal was to create spaces that have a unique sense of place - bold, innovative and luxurious interiors that intrigue guests 

while conveying timelessness and modern convenience.
