 Massive interior renovation of  Renaissance Hotel at Ocean Boulevard and Pine Avenue and conversion to Marriott Downtown Long Beach.  New registration, lobby, great room, M-Club, Bar lounge area, meeting spaces and guestrooms that reflect a contemporary bayfront look with casual elegance.

Guestrooms and Public Area renovation including a new Executive Meeting Center.    

Our goal was to create spaces that have a unique sense of place - bold, innovative and luxurious interiors that intrigue guests 

while conveying timelessness and modern convenience. 

Public area renovation included the front desk and a new bar and buffet structure located at the center of the atrium space.  The upscale look was achieved without using costly materials resulting in positive feedback from the client as well as from hotel guests.
